Re: How can I view my recent call history on EE 2020, the option to display?
The below is from ee and doesn't work option not at the bottom of screen
Hello, on the main screen under your allowances you should see the view itemised info tab.
Any help would be great

@Jpt25-aril : On contract you can only see your call history online if you are already paying £2.50 pm for Itemised Billing. Look at your device's Call Log.

Hi @Dave7595
If you follow the Current Usage option, right at the bottom of the page should be an option for "what you've used inside your plan" which will itemise your calls & texts since your most recent bill.

I thought you only get that if you are paying £2.50 pm for Itemised Billing.
