have been with EE for over a year;
I must say i am disappointed with the help line which tries to sort out problems with text messages
if you want to talk with a human you are faced with an agonising long wait with on hold music,, I gave up.
Also I have been reading posts and noticed EE does not bother to reply to customers queries,
one of which i would have liked an answer,, regarding a text message offer,, lots posted asking if this was resl offer, not a scam,,, never saw an answer from EE,
After reading countless posts with problems, i think EE have a problem, website 150 phone helpline (message starts with a stutter) I always judge companies with their prompt answer by human on the phone,
it appears like so many other companies you are left hanging on or using text messages to sort your problem out..
EE very disappointed since I transferred from BT

@Ray00 : This user discussion forum is not EE CS & is mostly peopled by users like you trying to help others with their queries & it has no access to specific accounts.

sound great EE does not bother with problems but lets user sort it out and do EE's job and helps with problems,
therefore this should not be under the banner of EE as they dont help
