How can I view my recent call history on EE

Hello, on the main screen under your allowances you should see the view itemised info tab.

I was receiving itemised billing (texts) free as part if my plan but it says today that I need to delete the ap and try again later. Guess ee having problems downloading itemised texts ro peolles accounts?

Thanks do much Katie, I didn't realise the record is on my latest bill. I've always just clicked via the app.  Knowing this is fab I can see them by following my latest bill.  Thank you do much 🙂

Are you on a pay monthly plan? if yes please follow these steps. 

Plan & Add-ons > Your allowances > See your usage > What you used inside your plan.

@Jpt25-aril : On contract you can only see your call history online if you are already paying £2.50 pm for Itemised Billing. Look at your device's Call Log.
