Hi am still waiting for £85 to be put bk in my account and still not received it had convo on phone call and was told I'd get it bk as returned my equipment on time and got told I'd get  check but recent ly changed name by deposit so would need sending in my new name

@Blueeyes78 , we have no idea who you are and do not have account access here, you would have to speak to customer service about this, but it depends when you returned the equipment, EE need to receive it back and make sure that it is all ok and then you will see the money back in your account around 10 days after returning the equipment.
