hi all I have had this message tonight, what does it mean? Is it bad? I have an unlimited contract so I don’t understand why I have got this message, I have logged into my balance and have £0 on my calls and texts gone over so I’m really not sure and confused

There's been a few similar posts in recent weeks, but none have been followed up - so the outcome is not known. The intention of the message is usually to warn of excess chargeable usage.
In any case, it is potentially account-specific and only CS on 150 have access to your individual account to advise further.
