Hi can anyone help I have a random notification on my EE app when it’s closed and I don’t know what it is? I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app yet it’s still there ???

Have you recently messaged our chat teams using the EE app?
If you go into the EE app settings, select Profile, Settings and Permissions do you have Push notifications turned on?

I have the same issue with my EE app on iPhone 15 iOS 17.5.1 since I used the chat function yesterday & did all the trouble shooting tips mentioned above that didn't help. The only way round this was to turn off badges for the EE app via notifications in settings.. As soon as I turn on badge, it reappears. I prefer to use badge notifications but have no choice at the moment.

Hi everyone.
A small number of customers are seeing a notification on their EE app. We are investigating why this notification is displaying incorrectly, and we’re working to fix this.
