PDF BILL - Unrecognized format

Hoping someone can help?   I have just received notification of my first bill from EE.  I have downloaded the pdf document but my MACBOOK tells me that the document cannot be opened as it is in a format not recognised by my laptop.  Is there someone who knows how I can do this?  Or someone at EE who can review the format of the documents they are creating?

Tried opening it in word. 

I don't think this is an EE issue because I have just downloaded my bill ok.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 for mobile and 0330 123 1105 for Broadband..

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
