Parental controls not working, I can't create groups also safe search is not working. I have tried multiple ways to add a device to a group but no joy. I tried making group first and message says can't save this group, I've tried must be 30 times, spent all day yesterday setting up network and since 10 this morning. It's now nearly 3 in afternoon.

I've been struggling all day with my new ee broadband and it's definitely the app that's at fault. I can't do anything about parental control which is serious issue. I'll phone ee 2moro but if it's not fixed very quickly I'll be going else where. Super fast Internet without any controls is useless. The app speed is dire.

Have you had a look at the Set up and use Parental Controls page? 

If the app isn't allowing you to set up and name groups, please contact us and one of our Guides will be able to help further.

EE  are a soul soul sucking, time wasting , take the money and run piece of **bleep**!!  Sales reps grind you down to the point of surrender, before you know it , you’ve signed up to the worst broadband provider ever, nothing works as it should, can’t even set up a simple safe search!! I’ve wasted so much time trying to resolve the issues, and…… you finally get to talk to a human and all they try to do is sell you more of their **bleep** products??  Exhausting!!!
