What is the "everything" you tried? You are using the EE App to do it?

I’ve tried it on the app with no joy , followed all the steps is says to do , restarts and resets , reinstalled app and still no joy , next step I think is to contact EE and see what they can do

What is happening when you try to connect to the WiFi controls?
Do you see any kind of error message?
Are you able to login to the app to view your broadband account details?

I get this every time I try , it used to work and then just stopped working

Are you currently using a VPN? If so switch this off and re-try.
