Company website blocked by EE content lock

I work for an online retailer selling outdoors pursuits gear, we have recently been made aware of customers being unable to access our site on EE and after investigation I have established that your parental controls are blocking our site when enabled. This is not an issue we are experiencing with any other networks and a quick browse of your forums shows that this seems to be a pretty common issue on EE recently.

We are reputable retailer dating back nearly 50 years, to have swathes of customers losing access at the busiest time of year for no good reason is absolutely galling, *please* can you refer this to your categorisation team to have our site re-categorised as a matter of urgency.

Hi @victimothy

I am not on EE as my internet provider and I cannot access this site. This seems to be DNS IP issue at your end.

Thanks

Your link is going to www.uttings.co.yj which I presume is an error. This may be Northerner's issue.

How strange!

Your link is invalid. The underlying URL has '.yj' instead of '.uk'.
