Blocked university website

Hi,

I'm currently studying at De Montfort University through distance learning. I can't log in to my account with DMU https://mydmu.campuscoach.cloud/ when I am on EE at home. It works fine at work.

I've spoken with the university and our IT company, and they've suggested that it's an EE issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 for mobile and 0330 123 1105 for Broadband..

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I tried that originally. If I hotspot off my mobile, I can connect to the website.

@Jemimapuddle : I have no trouble getting to that site over EE Home BB using 3 diff browsers. Try another browser.

@Jemimapuddle It's clear and free on VF broadband also to the logon page, you may wish to check your app has not restricted the connection as a JIC.
