My tutoring website I recently made no longer works when using mobile data with EE on phone or laptop. It gives an error message each time (see photos). It works on all other networks from what other people have told me. I've had the website domain around 4-5 days now, and it has still continued to not work. I was able to get an EE message back at one point saying it had been flagged as 18+ content, since my Mum can view it whereas I cannot ( I am 18 but my content is still restricted ).
Can anybody help?
The website is herbiemackenzietutoring.co.uk
Best wishes,
- Herbie

It's not EE doing this. None of my 3 browsers on Home BB like this site & think it's unsafe.
Norton sees it as a phishing site:

This is interesting because other than mobile data use, no one who tried it had any issues. What BB do you use and what browsers?

Could I get the alert ID it gives you when you try search it?

What alert ID?
I suspect in my case it Norton that is making the browsers fail. So ask your users who are experiencing this whether they have Norton Internet Security installed.

The alert ID was something Norton asked for for the dispute submission. No worries if you can't find it I'm not quite sure what it is either.
I agree, no one who accessed the website had any trouble and none had Norton. Maybe it flagged it because it's a new domain. I have submitted a dispute for it. I still think EE mobile has an 18+ block on it however, where should I go to sort that out?
Thank you,
- Herbie

Found it! This is your Alert ID: 59605f49392a/2026-08-28T11:10:07.564Z

Thank you! I have submitted a second dispute including the Alert ID. Is there a similar dispute I can file with EE?

If you use HTTPS it works fine on EE mobile network.

Are you entering the correct domain name, that sounds stupid as it is your site I know but this works for me on EE mobile and on non EE broadband.
Thanks
