Seems to be a constant problem. I have been trying to check the upgrades today and have had no longer, just says sorry can't find the page.
I have tries the incognito step and same thing. If it has been an ongoing problem since feb then there are obviously some issues. Its cool will just go elsewhere for the phone, just annoying because I have been with EE so long.

We've fed this back to the My EE team who are investigating why this is happening to a small number of EE customers.
In the mean time, I would recommend calling 150 to discuss your options.

It still doesn't work. Ive tried multiple browsers, multiple devices, over the past 9 months. I don't understand how it can still be so broken.
