How long has this been happening?
Have you tried clearing cookies and cache and opening a new web browser?

Hi Leanne,
Yes I've tried the lot, using different browsers and private modes and even different machines.
I did have a PAC code active before which first stopped the upgrade portal working, but after looking on EE community at how to make the offers appear again I asked for it to be revoked. This did prompt messages like "You're due an upgrade" to show in my account and texts to 150 show I am eligible, but all links to EE shop while I'm logged in lead to the blank link in my last post.

In this case, please call us on 150 and the team will get your EE account looked into and raise a support ticket if needed to get this resolved 🙂

This issue is STILL ongoing and EE clearly have no intention of sorting it out. So rather than BS-ing your customers, why not just be honest and say "We have no intention of fixing this as we'd prefer you to call us so that a salesman can talk you into having the deal we want you to have, rather than the deal you want, and we'll probably try to sell you an apple watch or something else you don't particularly want whilst we're at it"?
At least that would be an honest reply.

its ridicicylous that this still happening.
I tried multiple time over the past year to login and see upgrade options and I' still getting
"Unfortunately, we couldn't log you in, but you can still buy or upgrade - just choose what you want to do."
I'm leaving EE because of this, website/app is just TERRIBLE

I'm sorry to hear that. This could be something related to your plan or account. If you have a chat with our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to look into this and try to help you upgrade online.
