Try changing your password then log back in with the new one, mate.
That's what worked for me

Sorry to hear that, @timrolison
If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to look into that for you and help you upgrade.

Getting the same as above . Different browser, different devices, changing passwords. Even installed the app.
It's a joke that we're expected to ring up to try and order something online - that's now how this works, that's not how any of this works! Not once have I had to ring Amazon up to order from their site, something with it being online shopping.
Am I going to ring up? No, I'm not spending a few hours on the end of the phone trying to get through when there's this wonderful thing called the Internet that's been invented and, hear me out here, could well be a more practical option in this day and age. I would HAPPILY open a ticket on your support system, if it was an option.
I'm going to end up buying an Apple Watch from a third party instead. How badly set up does an e-commerce website need to be that it cannot perform the basic function it was designed for. I'd go back and complain to the developers (in house or wherever) as they're having a laugh.
Keep note that if I ever end up forced to ring up in order to perform my next upgrade, I promise that I will ring up. But not to upgrade as I would have happily done on the website, but to cancel that contract.

Hi @serdotjbgor
Are you upgrading an existing contract or trying to order an Apple Watch?
Do you get an error message when browsing the EE Shop logged in as an existing customer?
Leanne.

Why has this problem not been sorted after 12 months+??? Come on ee, I'm sick of the TV ads with KB swooning over how much better ee is at everything when you can't figure out something this fundamental. Clearly you're losing customers with this 'glitch' not to mention credibility. SORT IT OUT!

Hi James,
Absolutely nothing. I arrive at the 3 vertical buttons - upgrade now, shop, manage your account - hit upgrade now and it does nothing. I've tried laptop and phone and same thing, and I've tried going at it from different pathways but end up at the same 3 buttons.
