FIX YOUR WEBSITE

Stop telling people to contact technical support as they never do anything and any support on here is useless.

It would be best to destroy your website and start again from scratch.

I recon a 5 year old could build a better website than yours.

Countless numbers of people all report the same problem - Page 404 does not exist.

Add a proper upgrade page or I will just cancel ALL my contracts with you and go elsewhere.

What is the point of having a help system when all the advice is to contact technical support who never do anything.

I have an idea EE support site... YOU cantact technical support and GET IT SORTED.

Do you get the same message if you visit the EE Shop and log into your My EE account to view upgrades?

I am having the same issue. Have tried different browsers and different methods., ie Pc, Laptop, tablet and phone. Looking at the thread going back to February it seems as though you have done nothing to resolve this problem. Instead of upgrade I think I will try and see if another network is able to sell me a new package. EE obviously doesn`t care.

I‘m due an upgrade, i can only view sim only contracts, no phones. This is the same on my phone, laptop, tried incognito and clearing cache. Your website is broken and reading this thread, it’s been this way for sometime. This will be costing you business. I cannot be bothered to call and will be leaving EE as a result of this.

When you go in the app and select shop at the bottom of the page are you able to then click all products?

If yes, does anything show?

Morning Katie, 

Yes, I can click 'All Products', 

It gives me a button to 'Upgrade Now' which takes me back to the same web page which only provides me renewal options for a sim only contract - no phones. 

Scrolling down takes me to 'shop additional products' - but I don’t need to add a new line, just renew the one I have with a phone.

I wouldn't waste your time.

It's only a ploy so you'll ring for an upgrade. Then they'll try to up sale you. It's been like this for years. The website has literally not changed.

I remember why I changed networks now. I use to change back and forth from voda to ee as due to signal issues. Guess I'll be moving back over to voda for good.

Yep - same here. Have been trying for months via the app on my phone - the button simply isn't a button. Tried this evening on my laptop (using Chrome and Edge) - neither work. I literally CANNOT upgrade, even if I wanted to. So now I have to waste time on the phone to customer services or visit a store. Talk about a company shooting itself in the foot!! Of all the website parts they would consider imperative!

No its not working for most loyal customers, its difficult for customers like me that have anxiety to speaking to people on phone that don't know. Unfortunately I will be cancelling my current contract due to this glitch that it has been confirmed its a problem that EE have said that it cannot be fixed. Going to loose a hell of a lot of customers.
