I have moved to EE from 02 but in the app and on MyEE my phone number wont link, so can view any of my allowances. 

Every time I try to link it, I get the error that the phone number is already linked. I have done this both in the EE app and online using MyEE

In this case, please call us on 150 and our mobile guides will check the account at our end for you to make sure this is linked and get this sorted 🙂

Did you register for an EE account with temporary number? 

How long ago did you transfer?

Hi I registered with the number I was moving from my previous provider, once all the porting was done thats when I registered.

i have been with EE for a month now

What happens if you try and view your allowance details? 

Can you access any sections of the account and view details?

Hi

so when I go into the app I have the below screen

 I click the Link product button and login. Then select the EE mobile sim option. It asks for my phone number I put this in and it send a 4 digit code. After I put the code in it shows the product I have and I click link product button. I then get  the screen below
