Why this percentage increase?

The £4 increase seemed like a lot percentage wise so I enquired via the chatAnd that was agreed with and my bill was quoted as a less increase.But, my bill has still increased from £23 to £27  despite what I was told.

Parental control - block a phone

I have a 12 and 15 year old boys. How can I block their phones from being used when I want. I have family link but it's not enough and one is android and the other ios. Is there a way to simply disabled their phones or sim cards remotely?
