I have been trying to get a sim-only deal as a new customer.
I signed up for an account however, when I click on shop to purchase a sim only deal I get redirected to the following page. I have tried to purchase a sim-only deal without signing up for an account but I get a message saying that EE already knows me and to use my account. Talk about going round & round in circles!!!!

Yes the link works however, I get a message that EE already knows me please log-in. I even got a brand new email address, tried the above link and I still get the same message.

Yes, @Primrose88- , just upgrade your phone contract to SIM-Only. It'll start when your phone contract expires.
