Hi, not sure if anyone is having this issue.

Ever since I enabled passkey on my EE account via the app, I've noticed that it allows me to enter my email, then request my biometric login, process it, and then redirect me back to the login page, like it's stuck in a loop. I already tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, but I get the same result.

The website side is okay, but the app is not, and I'm wondering how to get the app to work again, as it was fine when I had it set up with email and password, until I updated the security measures on the account to use a passkey. I've been noticing this issue.

Wait for the reply to this matter,  if anyone knows how to fix the app again and make it work again.

I tried that as you stated, @Chris_S, and got the same result. However, I then tried clearing storage and cache data from the app, and it worked again.

Could you try uninstalling, then reinstalling your app, then let me know if you still get the same issue please?

I have a similar problem. Just moved from bt. Have passkey on mobile. Web site works fine.

i have cleared the app cache still the same. i have uninstalled and reinstalled the ee app. even cleared app cache again. still cant login via phone.
