I cant login to either the app or the website to access my account - I keep getting a 'Ooops theres been a problem' error. Is anyone else getting this or is it specific to my account? Any idea how I fix it?

All sorted - contacted tech support and it was an issue with my account (I had 2 account numbers on there) - I can now access my EE. Thanks for help and pointing in right direction.

What are you trying to access when you get this message, is it the shop?

Ive tried clearing browser cache and cookies that doesn't work. I want to access my account - I want to add roaming bundle - I know I can text but I want to see it added to my account.

Tried that too - same issue. It does look like an EE problem as I've tried on 3 devices now (iPhone, 2 x Macs)...

My EE is currently up and running, so if you're unable to log in it may be an account related issue.
