Hi Its over a week and I'm trying to gift data to my daughter and the site just doesnt work. And the calls dont work. How to resolve this

@BSangha What calls don’t work ? And are you trying to gift data via the my EE app or your online account ?

Ive tried both app and online. Once i process the gifting data it comes back with unable to process try again later. Its been like this for over a week. Ringing 150n but no luck to get to the right place

Hi @BSangha,
Are you in the UK? If not, have your allowances refreshed while you've been away?
If you're using an unlimited plan, have you used your giftable allowance?

Basically the services via your web site and or mobile phone through the android app, are not working today 27th. So there is practically no way to 'self serve' this capability. Please fix.

I'm just tested and I was able to login to the app successfully.
