Gifting Data not working

Hi Its over a week and I'm trying to gift data to my daughter and the site just doesnt work.  And the calls dont work.  How to resolve this

@BSangha   What calls don’t work ?  And are you trying to gift data via the my EE app or your online account ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Ive tried both app and online.  Once i process the gifting data it comes back with unable to process try again later.  Its been like this for over a week.  Ringing 150n but no luck to get to the right place

Hi @BSangha,

Are you in the UK? If not, have your allowances refreshed while you've been away?

If you're using an unlimited plan, have you used your giftable allowance?

Basically the services via your web site and or mobile phone through the android app, are not working today 27th. So there is practically no way to 'self serve' this capability. Please fix.

Are you able to gift data this morning?

If not, which error message do you see?

Yes, but had to find a direct link to the page from searching the internet, as it wasn't available from the usual landing page.

That said, even today the mobile app doesn't get past the auth.ee.co.uk page, so still doesn't work. It's been uninstalled and reinstalled. Latest OS from Google phone, so looks like you've a problem with your identity systems.

I'm just tested and I was able to login to the app successfully. 

What happens when you try to login?
