Hiya my sim card xxxxxxxxxxxx is not working. Could you please fix it for me thanks

This is not customer service and there is no account access, so you will have to ring customer service to get this sorted.

Why do you believe that your SIM card has been blocked?

If you believe the SIM card is not working, have you taken it out, given it a clean, also clean the SIM card slot and see if that makes any difference. Another thing is to try the SIM card in another phone to see if there is a problem or whether it works, but make sure that if it is in a phone from another network, that the phone is unlocked.

If there is a problem with your SIM card, then you may need a replacement SIM card.

Is it not working in one area or everywhere?
