The app is broken for many and developer responses to Play Store reviews saying this are annoying. Just say you know it's broken and you are sorry, not contact us on social media, or we are always updating. We want a working phone app from a supposedly leading telecoms company, or an apology/explanation, not just stonewalling.

What problems are you having with the app?

It's not opening but stops after passing security. I just cleared storage
and cache, and it lets me log in, but doesn't display anything. Same
problem as many other have been reporting for a long time it seems

It makes no difference. I also tried wiping cache and storage.

 

The app seems to have screenshots disabled, jutnit sticks on a screen with two central blue dots, them goes black, and nothing. There is a limit to how long I can wait...screen times out , but it's at least 30 seconds with nothing. Should be virtually instant

What will they do? I think the app, or the server side, is clearly not
working, judging by your feedback here and in the app store. How will 150
be able to fix that when you can't? My time is limited, I want to know it
might work and be worth the time...

This will need to be reported if you are having problems with the app after reinstalling and clearing the cache @kingstonite 

The team can run through some troubleshooting, with you and raise a support ticket if needed to get this resolved.
