The app is broken for many and developer responses to Play Store reviews saying this are annoying. Just say you know it's broken and you are sorry, not contact us on social media, or we are always updating. We want a working phone app from a supposedly leading telecoms company, or an apology/explanation, not just stonewalling.

It makes no difference. I also tried wiping cache and storage.

The app seems to have screenshots disabled, jutnit sticks on a screen with two central blue dots, them goes black, and nothing. There is a limit to how long I can wait...screen times out , but it's at least 30 seconds with nothing. Should be virtually instant
