So I was in My Account and clicked banner at the bottom asking "was this page correct" and then the whole EE website blocks me ...
I've cleared cookies and cache.
I can access it from my phone If i switch Wifi off. My Fibre is provided by BT.

I am afraid this is happening to me as well - I was just browsing the site and then it started blocking me.

Same for me. I clicked logout and got the "BLOCKED" message. Can't get back in.

Could you both try clearing your cache and browser please, @paddyt007 & @nerdgas?
Or try a different device or browser? Let me know if it works.

Why?
Because this was happening across two different devices on the same home network therefore not browser specific.
Plus this thread if you read it has already demonstrated this is an EE issue not browser based on end devices.
As it happens the issue resolved itself overnight, then happened again when I logged out earlier and now seems to have resolved itself again. All without me messing about clearing caches or rebooting devices.
Therefore EE still has an issue on it’s web site misidentifying legitimate traffic as an attack.
it’s a shame no-one seems interesting in fixing the issue for good….

We fed back all of the information from this post, @nerdgas. The thread has been quiet since we identified and fixed a problem.
The reason for asking these questions is to try and identify if it's a similar cause, or if these tests fix the problem. Thanks for that extra information.

OK - understood.
I should add that both my PC and mobile were blocked last night when on my home network. However when I moved my mobile onto the EE network the blocking stopped so it does seem to support a repeat (albeit less severe) of what happened previously.

Well I am blocked again...
After spending the morning with tech support about an issue, I am now blocked from my IP from accessing my EE
What type of joke is this, and hope your DDOS provider isnt paid per block...

The "Blocked" result page has returned. Last thing I was trying to do was log out of the EE customer portal. 🔧

Also the login for the new EE app doesn't work anymore after experiencing the above. If I try to navigate to use the "register" hyperlink (to see what type of result is returned), the register page also returns "blocked".
Before the new roll out of this new version of the EE app, I would still be able to at least still use the EE app. Guess I will have to wait out the lock out period.
