So I was in My Account and clicked banner at the bottom asking "was this page correct" and then the whole EE website blocks me ...

I've cleared cookies and cache.

I can access it from my phone If i switch Wifi off. My Fibre is provided by BT.

Below is what I see

I've just hit the same problem.  I was in my account looking at upgrades and it froze on me.  I tried going back in and just got the Blocked screen.  Help!

Hey EE, thanks for reminding me how crappy your service is - was just about to move my wife's contract from Plusnet to you and also upgrade my contract.

This _my-EE "BLOCKED" for Virgin Media users_ problem has been happening for at least a year and a half from what I can see on the forums and it seems nobody can be bothered to fix it.

Congratulations, not only you lost a potential new client, you're loosing an existing one as well.

And, no, thanks, I do not want to wait an hour to be able to access "MY" EE portal...

Just happened to me, only logged in to top up my account for the holidays.  Ridiculous.

Could you try restarting your device, or trying on a different device or browser, @ICRoo?

If using WiFi try restarting your router/hub - think that worked for me

Turned the WiFi off for 10 minutes, accessed your site using the phones data and was able to top-up.

Now seem to be able to log in from a laptop.  When I was blocked it was multiple devices including the phones browser.

This seems like the least painful fix, worked for me.

Sick of deleting cookies as that causes its own issues elsewhere.

Frankly I'm astonished at the length of this thread and I'm about to add to it myself. Experiencing the same issue as others, except - somewhat ironically - I was trying to report a network issue using the online report tool.
