My EE Website blocked

So I was in My Account and clicked banner at the bottom asking "was this page correct" and then the whole EE website blocks me ... 

 

I've cleared cookies and cache.

 

I can access it from my phone If i switch Wifi off. My Fibre is provided by BT.

This is getting absolutely farcical. I have just joined EE and I have never encountered a system so badly designed as one that doesn't let you put basic filters in via the router, and one that BLOCKS YOUR ACCOUNT ACCESS when you press a button about whether the page is clear or not.

I'm already getting a new price from TalkTalk after a month with EE. Complete trash.

using a VPN fixes, have called support to report bug

 

as soon as i switch of my VPN the blocked page comes back

The 'fix' is to just wait an hour or so and it unblocks you.

Did this ever get resolved. I too am getting BLOCKED on the EE website, and not getting anything else. Is it a bug?

Curiosity really, whilst I'm blocked, but why does it block me in the first place, and from reading the comments, I have to wait an hour to be unblocked. When (if) I get unblocked, is there a secret trigger that will block me again? Like a minefield kind of idea but for web pages? Are the nude images in the EE website that are being blocked? Is this just 21st century software development at play? Thanks folks, Rob 🙂
