Morning @Dtw5

Thanks for coming here.

Which browser are you using?

Does the same happen when not connected to WiFi?

Leanne.

Hi @beemk

Thanks for coming here.

Have you tried deleting cookies and cache and opening in a new web browser?

Thanks.

Leanne.

Lucky me, I also answered a seemingly innocuous question while browsing the EE website and now my IP is blocked. Crazy that this is still happening and you haven't gotten rid of this massive website breaking bug. I just bought a new phone but I suppose I will just have to wait for my IP to change before I can access the website again, since you don't seem to have any other solution. What a mess.

EE this is still happening, are you going to resolve this issue ? Is this a deliberate action & if so why ? Set up a new EE account for a new phone & clicked on the 'Was this clear' banner & bingo - BLOCKED Why ? What's the resolution, wait ?

Hi @Adz27,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Does clearing your web browsers cookies and cache resolve the issue?

Hi @James_B,

No, tried that, tried a different browser.

Any other suggestions ?
