So I was in My Account and clicked banner at the bottom asking "was this page correct" and then the whole EE website blocks me ...
I've cleared cookies and cache.
I can access it from my phone If i switch Wifi off. My Fibre is provided by BT.
Below is what I see

For some reason this has happened to me as well now.
Can access the login page with wifi off but if I turn it on then click login, the blocked page appears.
caches cleared etc! First time this has happened to me?

Oh No, it's happening to me again as well. I have two ee accounts, one Biz and one personal. When I log out of one account and try to login to the other, it's blocked. Turn on VPN it will open (ONCE) try to open other account with VPN still connected, blocked. Retry by restarting VPN and allows me in again. It's not a cache issue as I've done all that.
This happening using Windows 10 & 11 laptops. To my mind it must be IP address blocking as using VPN after 'Blocked' announces it's self allows me back in. No issue with mobile app. Very strange.....

Hi @James_B
It appears to have resolved itself now, I guess it must be a temporary block. Like many people in the thread all I did to get banned was click on the "Yes" button where it says "Was everything clear on the page?".
Given how long this thread has been going on it sounds like it's not something that is going to be resolved any time soon 😞
EDIT: Turns out, my freedom was short lived. I clicked "Yes" again, thinking it was perhaps an anomaly, and just hit the "BLOCKED" page and got banned again. Great website you've got here EE.

Hi,
I have just had exactly the same thing happen to me.
There seems to be an issue with that pop up on your site that then blocks people, it is very frustrating and can't believe you haven't sorted it in nearly a year.

Also getting this on home network (Virgin). Cleared cache, no dice. Frustrating as you then can't check statements, sort out account issues etc.
Come on EE, this has been an issue for almost a year, hitting multiple people. It's your website.
