To give you the best My EE app experience possible, we’ve released a new update for your app. This includes some important background enhancements which will further improve your service.

If you see one of the below screens or a maintenance screen, which doesn’t allow you to update to the latest version, then head to the Apple and Google Play app stores on your phone to download the update manually.

That's good that you can still access your account through the desktop site, but your app should be working, @Teeeza 

Could you try deleting the app and redownloading it please?

I did the manual update on Google play but still getting the message " your app is being improved".

When will the app be available?

 

That has worked thank you 

Uninstall and reinstall worked

Do you know what you are doing or are just guessing when it comes to this app. It has been working properly since the.latest release to improve the customer experience. If that improvement to experience is prevent people using the app you have succeeded. You should have sorted this.problem.by now instead.pf giving the same advice of deleting and reinstalling, which appears to ro work for a short time but then the app refuses to load, or cannot login due to the pin entry screen not accepting any numbers

 Absolutely useless 

My app has again stopped working, this time it freezes at different points of loading.
