If you see one of the below screens or a maintenance screen, which doesnāt allow you to update to the latest version, then head to the Apple and Google Play app stores on your phone to download the update manually.

Have you tried deleting the app and redownloading from the app/play store on your device?

I've reinstalled the app but it's really slow.
It's now using the web interface instead of the actual app.
It's really buggy and it's going to be hard to use if your internet is poor.

I'm using the EE 5g network with a full signal.
Speed test is showing 145mb download and 30mb upload so it's not the phone.

I think I will need to as anything I select to look at isn't working and just says try again.
