To give you the best My EE app experience possible, we’ve released a new update for your app. This includes some important background enhancements which will further improve your service.

If you see one of the below screens or a maintenance screen, which doesn’t allow you to update to the latest version, then head to the Apple and Google Play app stores on your phone to download the update manually.

I'm on the latest version and I still have this message and I can't login.

Have you tried deleting the app and redownloading from the app/play store on your device?

I've reinstalled the app but it's really slow.

It's now using the web interface instead of the actual app.

It's really buggy and it's going to be hard to use if your internet is poor.

Are you connected to WiFi? 

Could you try restarting your phone to see if this helps?

I'm using the EE 5g network with a full signal.

Speed test is showing 145mb download and 30mb upload so it's not the phone.

If these problems are impacting you from using the app after logging in successfully, I would recommend speaking to our technical support team so they can look into this for you.

I think I will need to as anything I select to look at isn't working and just says try again.
