Mobile app internationally

Firstly you make this process stupid difficult.  I’m already logged into your app yet have to re submit my credentials to leave this message(!)

Primarily your app doesn’t work internationally, it keeps saying to ‘try later’ so I can’t check data usage or gift data.

Hi,

Unless I am mistaken, that is not true.  The message I posted was via the app, while I was sitting in an airport in Thailand....I had no desktop available at the time.

In short, I had to wait until I returned to the UK before I could gift data to my family.  This is by no means a critical issue, I just think [as feedback to EE] that :

a) Users shouldn't have to relogin when posting message to this community.

b) If I can't gift data while abroad, that is acceptable.  I would just prefer if you're app says this is the case.  What it actually says is along the lines of 'Something went wrong, please try later'
