Poor app experience

I find the app poor constructed. Its just interface for a poor back end. Many places all the app does is open a browser to access information instead of native beeing native. 

The interface is slow and just experience is not great or clear.

I know I can but I think aobole operator should have at least a decent app!! After all its in the name.

Can you pls provide the feedback that notification in ios 16.02 is broken.. 

Issue
I recently tried to contact support twice. I have now 2 notification (red 2) on ios that I got something to read. However I been in all places in the app including support and looked at support and also deleted it yet the notification is not going away.

@Feejus , EE know about this and it is being looked into, feedback has been given, not everyone has this, I am on IOS beta and do not have this.
