Tried to open the app this evening, only to be greeted with no account details and being asked to link a device for some reason?! Try to link mobile, more often than not it says unable to send passcode, then on the rare occasion it does send one it is unable to verify the passcode. The I get told I've made too many passcode requests.
So I am now unable to view any of my mobile/contract details at all as the website says to log into the app but the app won't show me anything because for some unexplained reason my mobile account is no longer linked?

I have had same issue for a week. Just says unable to link. Called 150 and they agreed app rubbish !! What can I do to see my mobile usage etc AND my other five linked accounts !!

Afraid not. Any idea when the very poor websites and apps will be sorted. They used to be good. But useless since merger with BT !
