We can’t download our invoices

i cant see mine either. click on 'Bills & Payments' in MyEE and it shows nothing. been a business customer for years and suddenly nothing listed.

This is an ongoing problem. Is there any update?  I have not been able to access our business bills and payments or subscriptions for weeks.  Nothing comes up at all - it just won't load.  No matter the device or browser.

I am overseas  (Australia) supporting a UK business, so cannot download the app or easily contact customer service.
