I recently moved to EE, initially as a Broadband client (Busiest Home Bundle) and then a few weeks later with a Mobile plan (Full Works). I was under the impression that each of these accounts gave me the choice of an inclusive extra to choose.
I have opted for TNT Sports on my Mobile plan and would like to add Xbox Gamepass to the Broadband account, but I don’t have any option to do so. I have called a couple of times but gave up on both occasions as nobody seemed to know which department could resolve this, or even whether I qualify to add two extras in the first place?
Any guidance would be much appreciated - thanks

BB plans don't have Inclusive Extras, unlike mobile. Instead they come at various increasing levels:
a) Essentials
b) All Rounder
c) Full Works
d) Busiest Home Bundle
e) Made for Gamers Bundle
each with ~more & more facilities baked in.
For details see Broadband Plan Terms and Conditions for Essentials, All Rounder, Full Works, Busiest Home Bundle and...

Inclusive Extras are not available on Broadband Packages, they are only a feature on Mobile Plans (namely All Rounder and Full Works plans) where you get one choice which can be swapped between every 30 days.

The only Broadband Package which includes Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is the 1.6Gb Broadband Made For Gamers package - the package above the Busiest Home Bundle.

Thanks for the response.
I had Gamepass as an Inclusive extra when I first moved my broadband, so it must be available on my package (or at least was a few months ago). It’s since signing up to my mobile plan and choosing TNT as an extra that I no longer have the option another extra on my broadband. And I’ve just had an email from Xbox saying my gamepass is about to expire so it doesn’t sound like it’s valid anymore
I’m on the 1.6GB wi-fi 7 package but it’s called Busiest Home Bundle on my account, so I’m not sure if the terminology/ account types have changed recently. But I know 100% that I did have the option of adding gamepass when I joined in April this year.
