I tried to log on last Thursday and I got this message I spoke to Customer services who said it was a glitch I have deleted the app and reinstalled but still the same I can go online no problem?

Same issue signed up for contract and suddenly app and website “ account closed” ridiculous as can’t access account nor add on features nor check the Tarrif. Will be ending contract within the 14 day cool off as it’s terrible no access to account
