I cannot activate my new sim

Hi @Danster02 

Are you currently in the UK trying to activate a new or replacement SIM?

Have you tried rebooting your device?

It can take 24 hours for it to activate.

Activate sim ?

Is it a replacement SIM? Have you tried just putting it into the device?
