Really an app login doesn't work even link to ee account. Totally pathetic piece of rubbish.

@Andrew184  call customer services and request that they reset your online account this will fix your login issue.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
