On Saturday I ordered a Pixel Watch 4 as its on offer on the website, if you order the obsidian version it said 1 day delivery vs other colours that said delivery 1-3 working days.
Its now end of day Tuesday and still no update on the order other than 'Sorry, its delayed, we'll email you when we dispatch'
I don't mind if there's a delay as I know its xmas time and recently black Friday - but at least give me some indication of when it'll be sent out... this week? next week? January?
Doesn't fill me with confidence that the item i ordered is out of stock on the web.

If you have had a message advising the order has been delayed, I would suggest giving us a call and our mobile guides will get the order checked to see if they have any update.
Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details for the delivery to let you know when this will arrive.
