Hi,
We ordered a ps5 from ee and after it was delivered we realised it had been opened. Upon opening the box we found the ps5 box open and the controller missing. We contacted our local ee store after finding it an absolute nightmare trying to find a phone number where you can actually speak to a human. The person at the store was very helpful told us how to get through to someone on the phone, he also said this was happening a lot with the delivery companies. We spoke to a lovely advisor that said there shouldn't be a problem with getting a replacement and we may need to send photo evidence that the item is missing. I did take photos and a video of my partner taking everything out of the box as we were suspicious that it was open. The advisor then said someone would be in touch to help us further. A few days later (after chasing up) my partner received and email saying they would not do anything as there was no evidence that the box had been tampered with. The letter also said "Dear Isabel" (neither mine or my partners name) and was full spelling mistakes eg tampered - tamparted. We were never asked for "evidence" which we do actually have and they are failing to adhere to the consumer rights act by not solving this problem. We do not want a refund, we just want what we paid for. Has anyone else had this problem? Thank you 🙂

Hi @Klip89
Report it to the police and obtain a crime reference number. Then speak to DPD and EE.
Thanks
