Parental controls

Hi

I have an EE sim I want unlock the parental controls but the info about going on the manage phone then plan and subscriptions and change parental lock does not exist on the app or the website when I look for it and my only other options to use a credit via phone which I can't because I don't have a credit card or go in store just to turn off parental controls.

What a joke.

On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.

@Lgthomas945 It’s so under 18 can’t access age related content. It’s not a joke it’s there for a reason and I’m sure if you was a parent you wouldn’t be to happy if your child could gain such access so easily. And I’ll be sure you’ll be complaining to EE if they could.
