Disconnection notice

I've just got a text from 150 saying that as I haven't called/texted/topped up my phone I'd be disconnected in the next three months.  I know I have sent texts but have now topped up just to be on the safe side.  I assume this means that the "disconnection" now won't happen but there is no way to actually communicate with EE themselves to confirm that.  Have tried to call  with no luck in actually getting to speak to a person!  Anyone had any experience like this?

EE-CS are on 150 from your mobile.

The hibernation policy is explained at https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Pay-as-you-go/What-is-pay-as-you-go-and-flex-hibernation-and-how-do-I-...

Sounds like your PAYG SIM has gone into hibernation due to non-use. If it has, topping-up now would be too late.

When did you previously make a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.

You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.
