Hi, when I log into my ee app it tells me I'm not the account holder and I need to ask the account holders permission to do anything? How do I change this?

Hi @fletcheramy

You should be able to change to the bill payer under the 'manage numbers' section of your My EE account. This will give you access to the bills, upgrades etc.
