Hello, I am trying to access the ee live chat/message but can I heck get access to it. Am trying via the ee app, have tried via messenger and it says to download the ee app! Erm already have. This service from ee is very hit and miss, it needs to be more consistent. 

 Has this service now finished or is it available when suits ee?

I already have a contract, and I previously bought my SIM card from EE. I only need the mobile phone. If they can provide me with just the phone, that’s what I want. However, if the SIM card must be included, I would like to cancel my order. Thank you.

Recently upgraded all 4 lines and BB I have not cancelled any orders
your lovely installation guy was here for hours upgrading the BB what order
have you got a record of a cancellation?
