Is anyone else having problems with live chat on the app.   I have messaged them this morning at around  9am and got a message saying  "Your estimated wait time is approximately 5 Minutes" but nearly an hour later and no reply,  not the first time this has happened recently. Thank you all

They are maybe busy. Have you tried calling 150.
