Resolved! Remove account from app

Due to problems in moving from BT to EE I have ended up with two account numbers showing on line and in app.I can't find any way to remove the account that I don't need to see, any ideas? Also my phone data usage is not updating as the month progress...

Adding my number to my wife's account

Hi, my contract finished a few months ago and now if I wish to add my number to my wife's account, do I have to close my account or anything else? Or maybe EE will do everything for us.

Upgrade

I've been trying to upgrade my phone but everytime I try to upgrade online or on the app it does nothing ! Anyone else having this issue if I'm a none client it let's me but as soon as I log in it gives me nothing, anyone else got this issue ?
