Hello, I am trying to access the ee live chat/message but can I heck get access to it. Am trying via the ee app, have tried via messenger and it says to download the ee app! Erm already have. This service from ee is very hit and miss, it needs to be more consistent.
Has this service now finished or is it available when suits ee?

Thank you I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and have even lost the choice to ring up now🤷♂️
I like to speak to a person regarding upgrades plus my app says can have a no fee upgrade yet if do it online it's wanting nearly£300 just to add to the confusion.

@Mdt765 , if you scroll down, click on help and then scroll down, it should say “talk to us”, is that not there?

Live chat is only for customers on monthly mobile contracts, not broadband or pay as you go, but several of us have noticed and reported that it has disappeared, even though we should have it.
