The option for Live Chat has gone. Does anyone know how to get it back? Thanks.

Thanks for the reply but on the app i have the option to go to Help & Contact Us, but no option for Live Chat 😞

Can you see the 'message us' option at the top of your screen when you press the help button in the app?
